Management of Homecare Team.

Michele Jogee, Registered Nurse (RN) - Registered Manager for our Home Nursing and Homecare Services in London.

Michele has been with Health Professionals for over five years managing the London specialist homecare team, while coordinating homecare services in and around the capital.

Her clinical heritage includes many years working as a specialist nurse in London NHS and private hospitals; within the community, as a district nurse, and as a lead manager creating and maintaining an award-winning assisted living facility.

Significantly, last year, Michele helped Health Professionals to achieve an outstanding 18 commendations out of a possible 18 CSCI Standards - or in simple terms, 100% compliance. We're privileged to have her on our team.

Our nursing team is supported by our experienced team - Jennie Lyons, Deborah Preston, Sara Oktemgil and Carolina Cenci.

We provide highly skilled registered nurses and carers who are trained to deliver and review patient care and are competent in following our comprehensive policies and procedures.

Our recruitment processes have been commended by the CSCI.

We offer full patient assessments carried out by trained nurses, this involves producing a personal care plan paying close attention to the holistic needs of the patient. Our care plans are monitored and reviewed regularly by our team led by our Registered Nurse Manager, Michele Jogee.

Post Hospital Care. Our registered nurse manager will visit you or your relative prior to discharge to assess individual care needs. Our specialist nurses are highly skilled in all areas of specialist nursing care such as Oncology/Haematology, Cardiology,  and the provision of Chemotherapy at home.  

Specialist in care at home packages to PCT's, social services within local authorities, GP's and local NHS and private hospitals.
Live-in care (both experienced carers and registered nurses)
Complex care (ranging from dementia care to paediatric care)
Specialist Palliative Care Services - Intensive co-ordinated home support for patients with complex needs who wish to stay at home. Providing specialist care alongside the patient’s own doctor and district/macmillan nurse to enable someone to stay in their own home.
